Who is the Oasis Keyboardist?

I saw him live and people refer to him as Jesus, because of the beard and hair. Could someone tell me who he is, and maybe some background info or a link please!
Gem and Andy are the bassist and guitarist. I am looking for the keyboardist.

    they actually call him “The Shroud” because Noel thinks that his face is an exact replica of the “Shroud of Turin” so yeah that’s where you are getting Jesus from….

    His real name is Jay Darlington and he looks really funny, but he’s good at keyboards… saw them live in Minneapolis in December…

    p.s. i also saw Liam during the Man City game.. tough loss for ‘em, but they never win away from home anyway…
