What’s the first thing that comes to mind when I say?

live oasis
Me asked:

Ticket touts?

I’m amazed it’s legal because the last tickets I bought to see Oasis were from Ticketmaster and they only cost me £32.50, a month or two back. I now want to go and see Oasis live again before they finish their tour and all the tickets I can find for the gigs that are near me are anything from £150 right up to £400!!?? Are these people keeping all that as profit? How are they able to get away with charging those prices?

That’s TOO expensive for me.

I thought of a ticket stub. Like after the man/woman tears your ticket and hands you the remainder.

“Here’s your ticket tout. Now don’t lose it, or we can’t let you back in.”

It isnt however, illegal. Profiteering. Its what brought about the banking crisis we are currently in.
    Thats human nature for you.

Someone who buys tickets to an event in order to resell them at a profit is what comes to mind
Ticket touting… has become as synonymous with music festivals as the muddy fields and chemical toilets.
Though it is like any other ‘buy cheap and sell expensive venture’, it is not legally wrong, but in my eyes , it is morally wrong.
Psst, wanna buy a ticket for Oasis? xxx
