In that case I believe ” Where”, would work best , the Phrase “in which” would also work .
I understand English is a junk pile which the junk yard keepers (English teachers), refuse to clean.
I grew up with it and I know it stinks. They just keep saying some the smell will fade, but it doesn’t.
