Apparently, they enhance the effects of alcohol, though, so be careful. My husband and I were 'having fun' in one a few weeks ago, and I was half out of the water--I looked up to see several people standing 100 yards away watching. I was mortified--don't know how long they were there either. Moral of the story--no alcohol and beware of looky-loos! ;) Have fun!! Mmmm. Hot tubs are very fun. You also need to make sure your panel can handel the electricial load also, by most city and state codes you need a GFCI breaker installed rated at least for 50 amps to protect you from any shocks elcectricialy for the tub.
