How would we start our little town out? I think that at least 200 acres would be enough, for starting, what do you think land wise? Where would this place be ideal?
I am so sick of modern society. We are quickly getting owned by all our own vices, gas for vehicles, electricity, heating bills, phone bills, grochery bills, rent, blah, blah, blah, the list goes on and on.
I wouldn’t push religion in my town like a cult or Amish community, although I would prefer people of good character and the skills to build this small Oasis. It would be more or less a farming type of life, based on the ideal that life can be enjoyable and everyone can pull together to help one another out with the daily aspects of township. I think that there would have to be a popualtion cap at start, what would it be? Well these are just a few of my ideas. I think that there are other people like me that feel the same but, its hard to take the leep. Oh would there be a price of addmission? Please respond!

No way, 19th century ****** for everyone
only if you promise to deal out some of the drugs you’re on.
do you like typhoid fever and diarrhea?
Only if you don’t try to make me a slave and I can bring my pot. Oh yea, and we need actual septic systems. I’m not outhousin it forever…
what you describe to me would be very very refreshing. i personally would love a lifestyle like that. i have always imagined living in a small fishing village near the water. it would be amazing to not have to preoccupy ourselves with our vices, like you said. however, i do realize that this is the 21st century and globalization has made this nearly impossible. even small amish communities are having to become more and more modern everyday. also, as someone whose grown up in modern society it would be difficult to cut ties with what i am used to and what i rely on.
It sounds great. I would love it; but to me it is a dream. One, I am very Christian. You probably would not like that. But I am also epileptic. And all I have to do is shovel about two cubic feet of dirt and down I go. It started coming while I was working twelve years ago.
Don’t ever settle in Kansas. Kidnapping has been made legal out there. And a kidnapping business is keeping everyone paid off.
