I seriously doubt if it is swine flu, but if your symptoms increase, go get checked out.

Well, it’s possible, but it’s just as equally possible you have regular flu, if you’re worried there’s a leaflet that the government’s given to every household giving you information about it. They give an information line that will give you the official latest advice which is : 0800 1 513 513

If you’re still worried however you can call your GP, or NHS Direct which have a variety of numbers depending where you live, which you say is southamptonshire so I assume you want the NHS England number which is: 0845 4647 hope that helps, best to hear it from people who know rather than those who are speculating on websites like this :)

Since you have a sore throat, you should see a doctor. It is probably just a cold, or an allergy, or perhaps you are tired from working so hard.
If you had the flu, your body would hurt a more. You would feel like someone had dropped you from a second-story window, then run you over with a car.
However, just because it’s not the swine flu doesn’t mean that
you are not still sick. You are and you should take care of yourself and rest and think about how you can keep from spreading your malaise to others. Also, since your body is fighting off germs, you will want to give it some help, with rest, water, good food, vitamins. This is not the time to miss sleep or meals.
Grab a good book and a hot drink and lay down awhile. 8>)
