…see the band picked up another prize for their music, with some of the media giving them the usual side swipe. ‘Why do they still sell out stadiums?’ sneered the press not too long ago, perhaps the false Blur/Oasis knockabout of years ago (thought up by the tabloids) didn’t really fool anyone, as Oasis won the war…but like the Beatles 40 or so years ago, they have also decided to humour London, close to the unforgiving section of the paparazzi, so what’s the grumble?
